What Is Utilities Inquiry?
Utilities Inquiry allows taxpayers to view utility bills received from the Town of Luray.
How Do I Use Utilities Inquiry?
Click on Continue to Utilities Inquiry Application link at the top or bottom of this page.
On the Utility Inquiry Screen, enter the Customer Number. This number should be printed on each Utility Bill. Press the Continue button.

Utility Bill Detail
Customer Number Not Found Message
Detail Screen - This screen features detailed information about the customer number selected on the previous screen. Press the Previous button to return to Payment History.
Transaction History - This screen displays all charges and payments credited to the Customer Number. The history may contain more than one page. If this is the case, press one of the numbers at the bottom of the screen to page through earlier transactions. Press the Previous button to return to the Utility Bill Detail screen.
Service Usage - Use the drop-down menu in the Select Service field and choose the Utility to review.
Usage By Billing Period - This screen shows Reading / Usage information for the previous 12 months.
